In this video, I’m testing how a pizza turns out when you use Caputo Semola Rimacinata instead of the classic tipo 00 flour.
I’ll show you the recipe, how the dough rises, and of course, the final result in the oven.

✨ Recipe (for about 4 pizzas):
• 600 g semola rimacinata
• 400 ml water
• 20 g olive oil
• 12 g salt
• 5 g dry yeast (or 15 g fresh yeast)
