Описание: First of all, happy holidays and Merry Christmas to everyone! This is a low impact, 2385 step Christmas workout created for those of you who enjoy listening to Christmas music and enjoy getting into the spirit of the season. I am a huge fan of Christmas music (start listening to it at the end of November!). No equipment is needed and there will be no talking during the workout. I figured you would rather hear the music rather than listening to me talk:) After all, you're here for the Christmas music (and exercise, too, of course)!
