We've taken the famous dish and given it a lift to help you celebrate Burns Night in style. Head Chef, Chris, shares some tips and tricks to elevate your haggis, neeps and tatties to restaurant standard.
Stuart Lyon has also provided renditions of Burns' works that are sure to get you in the mood for a wee dram, all in the name of one of Ayrshire's favourite sons.
