Adam Rickitt - 'I Breathe Again [Jewels & Stone Extended Mix]' (1999)

Описание: It's little Nicky Tilsley 2.0, AKA Adam Rickitt, one of several actors to portray the 'Coronation Street' character over the years. Adam played Nick from 1997-99 originally, and you can see him in the role right now, via classic episodes that are being re-shown on ITV3 in the UK. Rickitt's post-soap pop career was fairly short, with three singles ('I Breathe Again' #5, 'Everything My Heart Desires' #15, 'The Best Thing' #25) and one album ('Good Times' #41) released over just 9 months, before his label Polydor dropped him.

He returned to 'Coronation Street' once again for a stint which ran between 2002-04, and saw him taking part in the show's 'first gay kiss'. Since then, Adam has dabbled in stage work, politics and shoplifting, before turning up in ITV2 pop-umentary series, 'The Big Reunion'. Here, he joined the boy band 'super-group' 5th Story, along with Dane Bowers, Gareth Gates, Kavana and Kenzie, re-recording 'I Breathe Again', as well as other hits synonymous with each member's former pop careers. This original full 12" mix of 'I Breathe Again' by Barry Stone and Julian Gingell (who wrote and produced the track) was only commercially released on the cassette single format (so annoying!). Thankfully, pop mag TV Hits included it exclusively on one of their cover-mounted freebie CDs, 'Scorchin' Summer Sounds', in July 1999.
