Dynamic effort day utilizing the explosive repeat method. For this workout I used a total of 4 exercises for 5 sets each exercise. I worked up to 20 sets total. 10 sets for lower body and 10 sets for upper body. This is a simple and effective way to train your fast twitch muscle fibers to recover quicker between explosive bouts.
