I head off on a solo camping adventure in my kayak to a mini desrtered island where I eat sushi ( sashimi ) for lunch with soy sauce and wasabi, then I catch coral trout right from the beach and cook one up as fish curry for dinner under my hootchie, using onion, garlic, ginger, coconut cream, capsicum (peppers), Thai coriander and chilli. I sleep on the beach on a simple ground mat, sleeping bag and air pillow. Before I paddle back home, I climb to the top of island in a rain storm.
