Hi Guys,
Let me take you to the biggest fruit market in the Karnataka state.
It is located in the Bengaluru near huskuru gate electronic city.

On the board present at the entrance, you can see vegitables also, but you will not get even single vegitable, Because, all the shops are full of fruits fruits and only fruits.
You will find huge verieties of fruits here. Like Apple, Pears, Watermellon, musk mellon, pomgranate, Mangoes, Papaya, Grapes and many more. If you are looking for banana, then don't come here as they don't sell banana here. I don't know why?

Daily, thousands of lorries come here to load and unload fruits.
Best time for buying fruits here is early morning because by noon most of the fruits are sold out and if you are late you may not get good deal.
This place has 200 and odd big shops where each shop can store 10-to-30 trucks of fruits.

This Market is heaven for shopkeepers and retail sellers because they purchase in bulk.
This place is not friendly for individual retail buyers as there are some minimum purchase limits.
some limits are listed here.
1) Mango: 20 KG.
2) Apple: 10 KG
3) Musk mellon: 5KG
4) Papaya : 5KG
6) Orange: 10 KG
7) Mosumbi: 30 KG bag.
8) PineApple: 5 KG.

Few items can be purchased in smaller quanties like Cheeku. Needless to say that Quality of fruits here is the best. You cannot get this quantly fruits at the retail shops.

Now Comming to the price:
Fruits are very cheap here and some fruits you can get at half price of retail shops.
For example, when reliance fresh sells Muskmellon at 40 rupees a KG, you can get it from this market at 15 Rupees a KG.
Quality pomgranate can be purchaged from here at 60 Rupees a KG while outside in the retail shops it would be more than 120 Rupees a KG.


If you have big familiy and you live near Huskur electronic city, you should try this market. There are enough parking place inside the market.
This is the location of the market. This place is very close to electronic city. It is well connected with Sajapur road also.
