Dalgona Coffee in Mixer Grinder
Ingredients:
Instant coffee – 2 tsp
Sugar – 2 tsp
Hot water – 2 tsp
Milk – ½ cup
Ice cubes – optional
Method:
Add instant coffee + sugar + hot water into the mixer jar.
Pulse or blend for 3–5 minutes, or until the mixture becomes thick and creamy foam.
Pour milk into a glass (hot or cold, with ice cubes if desired).
Spoon the frothy coffee from the mixer on top of the milk.
Stir gently and enjoy.
Americano Coffee
Ingredients (1 cup):
Instant coffee – 1 tsp
Hot water – ¾ cup
Sugar – optional
Milk – optional
Method:-
Heat water (not boiling, just hot enough).
Add instant coffee to a cup.
Pour the hot water and stir well.
If desired, add sugar or a little milk.
Serve plain and strong coffee.
