This NEWFLIES video utilizes POLARIS FLIES E.M.T. Wings that are based on the River Road cutters and Bi-Lobial U.V.A. Blend of dubbing that I designed or use with both dries and wet flies for just the right amount of light reflection.
The fly pattern featured is based on THE FLY PATTERN that very likely is the only one that a fly tier / fisher needs -- The Adams. I learned years ago along the Norfork River in Arkansas (from an older, much more experienced fly tier / fisher) during a sulfur dun hatch, that size is what they want in a dry....
My last sized 16 sulfur was mutilated, the fish still rising furiously and I told him it was over for me...He explained what I just did so I tied on an Adams and not one swing trough the feeding trout was rejected for the rest of the rise!
