I could say I have survived through hell, but when I came back from my trip through hell, I had to repair my armor. Nothing Sadhana cannot fix. :)
In all honesty, I really believe Sadhana has built enough Ojas around me where I was able to make it through a very challenging situation. Again, I have no physical proof but all I have is comparing my experiences from the past and some noticeable physical changes that are happening to me. The beauty about this life is the constant experiment, and the object is this body and this life I have. There is so much to explore, and so much wonder, all I can really do is appreciate that I get to discover as I journey towards truth. Through pain and pleasure, sorrows and joys, may our resolve remain strong as we reach towards ultimate liberation!
