Описание:
A crash shut down part of the Baltimore Beltway, causing an extensive backup Monday afternoon. The crash closed the Outer Loop just after 2 p.m. between the exits for Interstate 83 north and south. Traffic backups stretched as far back as the Dulaney Valley Road exit. It was not immediately known how many vehicles were involved. An investigation continues.
