Easy bubble & squeak recipe :) Cook with me!

Описание: Hey guys, I hope you’re having a great day so far! :) Welcome back to what’s for tea, and I hope I find you all very well :)

Today I made bubble & squeak! Such an easy recipe…and incredibly tasty too. Amazingly comforting and relatively inexpensive to make too. This would traditionally be made with the ‘leftovers’ from the previous days roast dinner veggies :) potatoes, cabbage (or whatever greens you have) Brussels sprouts, onions and meat such as bacon, roast beef….anything really!

Serves 4-5
I used:
400g Cold (cooked) mashed potatoes
300g Cold (cooked) cabbage
1 Onion (thinly sliced)
200g (4 rashers) Chopped bacon
1 Tablespoon duck/goose fat or butter (for frying)
2 Garlic cloves (chopped)
