The alleged rape incidents of three girls under the age of 10 by 7 learners between the ages of 10 and 13 have left parents of a private boarding school in Butterworth, Eastern Cape shocked and traumatised. The allegations surfaced after social- workers conducted a routine wellness check at the school. It is alleged that the young boys took turns to rape the three girls. Cases of rape have been open and psycho-socio support services are being provided to victims.
