The ship flies smoothly.
The wiring is stable.
The thrusters are balanced.

We have three missions before we can make it to space.

We complete the first objective without disaster.

That’s when we make the decision.

We think we have enough fuel to reach the second mission… and make it back to HQ.

We do not.

After spending way too long searching for objectives and burning fuel we absolutely needed, we attempt the return trip.

The ocean wins.
