Fellow is right when they tell you not to use a stock Ode for espresso, but with a few choice mods you can turn a great brew grinder into a great espresso grinder. These modifications allow the Ode to grind fine enough for espresso, lower retention, and provide precise control over grind size. In this video, I highlight the modifications I’ve made to my Ode to turn it into a daily driver espresso grinder.
