다들 오늘밤부터 눈이 내리며 한파가 찾아온다는데 월동준비는 단단히 하셨나요? 차실의 야외 허브 제조실과 뒷간 수도 동파방지를 위해 이번주 내내 보완 작업을 했습니다.

두번째 영상은 이번 겨울 시즌블렌딩인 ‘겨울나무차’를 준비했어요. 겨울의 대표적인 나무인 측백나무와 소나무 그리고 향신료를 섞어 한겨울 맛을 그대로 담아냈습니다. 크리스마스에 맞춰 공개하려던 계획보다는 조금 늦어졌지만 따뜻하게 즐겨주시면 감사하겠습니다.

Big freeze hovering around -20 degrees is expected on Korean peninsula as of tonight and I’ve been trying all this week to save my outdoor herbal lab & restroom from breakdown.

Nevertheless, life goes on and I must announce the first video of the new year. It goes by the name of ‘Winter Tree Tea’ as it contains a sprig of cypress and pine needles with other spices. I wish I could deliver a cup of warm tea to your doorway. Stay warm and safe, y’all!
