1. Roast saunf ,jeera and dhaniya
Grind it
2. Add 2 tbsp oil ,grinded masala,2-3 boiled potatoes ,sawad accounting salt,1tbsp amachur powder ,garam masala and kasuri methi
Mix well and cook for 2 minutes
3. Take a dough make a round shape and cut the edges as shown in video
4. Fry it in low to medium high flame
