In today's episode, Rinda will elevate your satay, BBQ meats, chicken, and spring rolls with this delicious Thai Peanut Butter Sauce! 🍗🥗 Perfect for two servings, this recipe combines creamy coconut milk, tangy red curry paste, and chunky peanut butter for a mouthwatering dipping sauce. This recipe is for 2 servings


Ingredients:

½ can of coconut milk
3/4 cup of water
2 tbsp of crushed palm sugar
2 tbsp of red Thai curry paste
4 tbsp of chunky peanut butter

Peanut Sauce Preparation:

Place a medium pot on the stove over medium-high heat.
Add the coconut milk and 1/2 cup of water, bringing it to a simmer. (Be careful of the hot coconut milk – the bubbles may pop and burn you!)
Add the palm sugar and red curry paste, stirring well to ensure the red curry paste is fully blended into the coconut milk.
Add the chunky peanut butter, blend thoroughly.
