Now this really pertains mostly to people trying to collect wine or build their wine collection. We always recommend buying in groups of 3, 6, or 12
You don’t want to buy just one bottle of that incredible wine that you want to age for a few reasons:
1. You don’t know if or when you would be able to get that wine ever again!
2. You want to eventually be able to taste that wine you have been holding onto or aging! If you only buy one and you open it too early or too late, you could have missed that prefect sweet spot on that bottle! Having more than one allows you to to not have to worry (as much) about opening one up and testing to see where it is in its aging journey!
