Seated Press to train your back and arms! This works out your latissimus dorsi (middle back), rhomboids (between shoulder blades), trapezius (neck, shoulders, and upper back), and biceps brachii (front of upper arm).
Chest Press to train your pectorals, deltoids, and triceps, building muscle tissue and strength.
Leg Press to train your legs, butt, and thighs. This includes quadriceps, or quads, your hamstrings (muscles opposite your quads at the back of your thighs) and glutes (the muscles in your buttocks).
