2. Robot palletizing process
Loading: The conveyor line delivers the paint bucket to the grabbing station.
Visual positioning: The camera identifies the position and posture of the bucket.
Robotic grasping: The gripper grasps the paint bucket in a set way.
Palletizing: Stacking in a preset pattern (such as staggered, stacked).
Pallet replacement: Full pallets are removed and empty pallets are automatically replenished.
