How to make an electric guitar setup ???
This is a very common question and I have made a course Video about this process.
Welcome. Maybe some of you know me from my YouTube channel called Petrek Guitars where I usually show and explain extremely complicated guitar and bass repairs and restorations. My name is Nikola Petrek and I graduated in 1997 from a German Luthier school and since then I was working constantly on building and repairing guitars and basses. Actually I have made about 20.000 repairs on any kind of stringed instruments. And in this video I will talk about a very important step-maybe the most important one-if you want to have an instrument with a perfect playability. This video is about "How to make an electric guitar set up“.

I will try to keep it simple and basic, because my idea is not confusing you with too much information, it's more about explaining just necessary facts so that you can get yourself in a position to set up and optimize the playability of your instrument. The most important thing is the running order. Enjoy the video!
