For Moong Chilla in 3 Persons Servings
Take 200 Grams of over night soaked Moong Dal
One Green Chilli, One piece Ginger, One table spoon Jeera, 1/2 Table spoon Haldi powder, Small bunch of Chopped Green Coriander leaves & Salt as per taste.
Now Grind well in the mixer jar and transfer it into bowl
Add One big spoon of Sooji/Rawa and mix it well and keep it for rest for 5 minutes.
Now Heat the pan , season it with water and oil
Now take the batter in big spoon and spread it gently on the heated pan
Wait for some time and sprinkle 5...6 drops of oil/ghee over it
It will automatically leave the pan surface and your tasty and crispy moong chilla is ready to eat.
