Out of all the characters made by The_None, this one has to be the strangest one I've ever seen. He's from Arcana Heart 3 and his moves involves shapeshifting and dice. Oh, and Johnny Bravo makes an appearance. I changed the maximum amount of rounds to win from 2 to 3.
I used Falchion22's Ryu & Joe in case if you wanted to know. If you want Kazu, you know where to go. Be careful, this guy can make some pretty good combos.
