Gobɛ Recipe;
Gari and bean (Gobɛ)
[ ] Beans
[ ] Ripped plantain
[ ] Pepper
[ ] Tomatoes
[ ] Onions
[ ] Salted fish
[ ] Red oil
soak your beans overnight to cook faster or just add chopped onions to your beans to cook faster
Slice your plantain and fry them in the red oil
Blend pepper, onions, ginger, garlic and add rosemary to it
After frying your plantain fry the salted fish in the same oil and add onions
Pour a very small amount of your blended pepper in the oil
Check and make sure your beans is well cooked
Dish your food, sprinkle gari on it and enjoy
