We had the opportunity to work with Canadian National Junior Team golfer Luna Lu when we were visiting Jason Glass in Vancouver earlier this year. Luna already has a fantastic swing, but we identified an opportunity for her to increase her lead leg vertical force earlier in the downswing. After a few targeted drills with the Force Pedal, Luna saw a 30% increase in lead leg vertical force.
