After completing your 30 vacation homes in Happy Home Paradise you unlock the ability to remodel your villagers houses on your island. You can remodel the inside and outside. You get to use all of your personal catalog as well as everything you have within the catalog of your vacation home orders.
The remodel cost 9,000 bells. They get 1,000 Nook Miles for remodeling. Your villager will thank you for the remodel and ask you to check out your work when they are home.
For Shino I just did a modification of her house. I liked her house. But I wanted to add a few things to make it a little more put together.
