The Bay Run is a 7 km circuit of shared pedestrian cycleway which runs through the suburbs of Five Dock, Haberfield, Roselle and Drummoyne in Sydney's inner west.
Highlights on the bay run include the UTS Haberfield Rowers Club, the Iron Cove Bridge, Rodd Island and a new pedestrian cycleway bridge to help make the bay run safer for all to use.
In 2017 the area adjacent to the bay run has encountered an increase in construction activity due to Sydney's Westconnex road tunnel project. A local action group called the Westconnex Action Group A.K.A WAG suggests that sections of the bay run will be destroyed due to increase traffic flow expected from the tunnel.
