大阪・関西万博のポップアップステージ東外で行われたポーランドの音楽ライブステージ「ショパンアートデュオ」の様子です。
ポーランドのソプラノ歌手アルドナ・バルトニクによる歌声と日本人ピアニストの川口成彦によるピアノ演奏のコンサートです。
ポーランド出身のショパンの歌曲やピアノ曲を披露してくれました。歌は日本ではめずらしいポーランド語で歌われ、ピアノはショパン愛用のピアノ音を再現したものが使われました。とてもすばらしい音と歌声と演奏で最高の時間でした。
世界中が集まる万博では、なかなか生で見ることのない世界のパフォーマンスが見られたり、各国の料理があじわえるのも醍醐味ですね。もし見られてもこんなに目の前で見られる機会はなかなかないと思いました。

This is a scene from the Polish music live stage “Chopin Art Duo” held at the Pop-Up Stage East at the Osaka-Kansai Expo.
The live performance featured the singing voice of Polish soprano Aldona Bartnik and piano playing by Japanese pianist Naruhiko Kawaguchi, who recreated the sound of Chopin's beloved piano. They performed Chopin's songs and piano pieces, which were composed by the Polish-born composer.
The singing voice was truly wonderful and the performance was amazing.
At the World Expo, where people from all over the world gather, it's a real treat to see performances from around the world that you don't often get to see live, and to taste cuisines from various countries. Even if you do get to see them, it's rare to have the opportunity to see them up close like this.
