🔐🛠️How to SSH into CISCO ROUTER in GNS3 via external PuTTY SSH PC

Описание: enable → enters privileged EXEC mode on the router
configure terminal → goes into global configuration mode
hostname LabRouter → sets system name (shown in CLI prompt)
ip domain-name gns3.local → defines domain name for RSA key generation
username admin priv 15 password cisco123 → creates login user with full privileges
crypto key generate rsa → generates RSA keys used for SSH
(2048) → selects key size for better security
ip ssh version 2 → forces use of SSHv2 for secure connections
interface fa0/0 → enters FastEthernet0/0 interface config
ip address 192.168.11.199 255.255.255.0 → assigns IP address to that port
no shutdown → activates the interface
line vty 0 4 → configures virtual terminal (Telnet/SSH) lines
login local → uses local user credentials for authentication
transport input ssh → only allows SSH access (blocks Telnet)
