2. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
3. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD
Public comments are limited to three minutes per speaker. According to California Government Code Section 54954.2, the Governing Board cannot discuss or act on items not on the agenda unless it's an emergency or the need for action arose after the agenda was posted.
4. ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Governing Board Representatives shall be elected annually to the position of President and Vice President at the first regular meeting of the Governing Board held in January of each calendar year. The terms of office of the President and Vice President shall commence immediately following the elections and expire immediately following the elections which are conducted at the first regular meeting of the Governing Board held in January of the following calendar year. The City of Agoura Hills continues to serve as the COG Treasurer.
