Palak Gohst (Beef & Spinach curry)

Here are the ingredients:
-2lbs beef bone-in
-2 1/2 tomatoes
-4 medium size onion
-3 bags of fresh spinach (each bag 8oz)
-1/4 cup of oil
-4 green chillies
-4 tablespoons of ginger & garlic paste
-1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
-2 black cardamoms
-3 cinnamon sticks
-4 cloves
-1/2 teaspoon of whole black pepper
-1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds
-1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
-1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder (Allspice powder)
-1 teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon of coriander powder
Instructions:
Add oil in a pot and add whole spices.
Add onion and fry until light medium brown in colour.
Add meat and fry.
Add ginger and garlic paste.
Add turmeric, red pepper and garam masala powder.
Add salt according to your preference.
Add coriander powder and then add tomatoes.
Cover the lid and cook until the meat is tender.
Don’t add any water to this recipe.
Check whether you’re meat is tender and done.
Add spinach and give it a good mix.
Now, spinach is going to leave excess amount of its own water which you need to dry.
This curry tastes delicious when it’s dried up.
Add green chillies and cover to infuse the aroma of the chillies into the curry.
Here you go, beef spinach curry is ready to be serve.
Serve this curry with roti and or naan.
