Finding out the right timing to delegate some tasks is very important, you don't want to do things too quickly, but don't want to drag them on forever, you need to know how to delegate as well, you can't just throw tasks at people and expect them to complete them like a pro, there's training and a learning period that needs to be done.

Use this video if you are in a stage that you have the funds to hire help, but feel you are not growing, a lot of times when a business is stuck is because the owner and founder is trying to do everything himself. Most often delegating is the answer!
