Описание: Molecular Dynamics Simulations of linked core.corona particle in a star shaped molecule of 4 particles interacting via a HCSS (Hard Core Square Shoulder) purely repulsive long range non-bonded potential and FENE bonded potential. The system is equilibrated in the NPT ensemble using N=400 molecules of 4 core-corona particles at low temperature T=0.01 in lj units. The arm length lambda=9, rules the cluster particle hexagonal SUPERLATTICE structure despite the linked constriction imposed by the star molecule configuration . Upon increasing density (Pressure) the molecules aggregates in stripes-like structures.
