Why create The Childcare Entrepreneur
I started this channel as an extension of my management consultancy, as a way to help other providers, childcare owners and those seeking to become childcare entrepreneurs in improving the effectiveness of their business strategies, program development, operational processes and organizational performances. It is important as a childcare professional to see yourself as an entrepreneur and having the tools to create a successful business starts with recognizing these important components. It ultimately starts with you, with a little help from someone who has the experience and the willingness to help!!

Background
Hi, I'm Michelle former elementary school teacher, wife, mother turned stay at home mom, homeschooler and now owner and founder of a family childcare center, Mighty Miracle Learning Center for the past ten years. This means that I run a home daycare and I enjoy every minute of helping children develop socially, emotionally, physically and spiritually! I offer my families a unique homeschooling set up that runs like a small school-like setting creating a nurturing environment combined with the curriculum based learning of a school.
