WARRANTY DENIED!! Ford Says Its NORMAL! 2023 Ford F150 5.0 Teardown.

Описание: So, one day before going to work, my truck started ticking and knocking. So come to find out there was metal in my oil filter. Did cost cap for a new long block. Cost cap said to replace engine. Engine gets replaced. Go to file warranty claim and FORD DENIED IT!

They said they need pictures of the oil filter, the oil level, pictures inside the head looking for sludge, and any kind of wear. Even borescoped the cylinders. They come back and say they need pictures again, they can't see it (dont know how you can't cause its clear as day it failed)

So 4 and a half hours out of my day taking pictures they still deny it saying they need pictures with better light. They also said they need service records. I JUST BOUGHT IT LESS THAN 30 DAYS AGO!

So when I walk into work a day after all that they want the engine torn down. We'll here it is a 2023 Ford f150 5.0 liter torn down. Multiple failures. The metal you see come to find out was debris leftover from machining when they made the engine. Kind of like what Toyota has been going through.

Well, they approved it now. This comes down to who is going to give up first. They know its messed up, they just dont want to pay for the junk they have been putting out. Warranty guy. Do us all a favor and go work in a shop and see what has to be done playing your little game. It shouldn't have to be thus way. FORD MOTOR COMPANY. STOP PRODUCING GARBAGE THAT FAILS PREMATURE. DO BETTER WITH YOUR QC. USE QUALITY PARTS NOT CHINESE METAL.
