Our little boat wasn't fancy (think lawnmower motor, not luxury yacht), but it gave us the freedom to weave between million-dollar superyachts and discover hidden swimming coves along the coastline. I made my "giant leap" into the turquoise Aegean – all 3 feet of it, with a trusty purple pool noodle for safety!

The highlight? Sailing to a tiny, uninhabited heart-shaped islet off Poros' west coast, complete with a charming white chapel surrounded by trees and crystal-clear waters. Total Mamma Mia vibes! This serene spot near the old Russian Naval Station is a dream location.

Real talk on accessibility: Small boat rentals in Poros aren't the most accessible option – boarding can be challenging and requires mobility. But the adventure and freedom to explore at our own pace made it worth navigating!
