Over the years, that mission has taken us around the world and into our own backyard.

Uganda holds a special place in our story.

This June marked our third trip back with 11 team members representing ITPartners+. Each trip deepens our conviction that sustainable impact changes everything.

Dr. Betty and the New Generation team started with one clear goal, give traumatized girls a safe place to heal. What emerged is something far bigger.

Dream City.

A living, growing micro economy designed for dignity, autonomy, and long term sustainability.
• Hydroponics and fish farming to ensure food security
• Agriculture that supports animals, people, and programs
• A restaurant, salon, boutique, grocery shop, and internet cafe
• Skills training that turns learning into income
• Technology that unlocks education, creativity, and confidence
• A three story building expanding space for classrooms, dormitories, and offices

This is not charity. This is empowerment.

Girls who once believed their lives were over are dreaming again. They are learning. They are building skills. They are imagining futures as nurses, doctors, entrepreneurs, and leaders. Hope has returned, not as a feeling, but as a lived reality.

Sometimes the day to day work can feel heavy. Metrics. Meetings. Deadlines. Pressure.
