I'm installing aftermarket wheels on my 1966 corvette. The wheels require spacers in order to keep them from rubbing on the caliper.
One concern I had was centering them in the wheel to prevent highway vibration. Initially I was going to mount them to the rotor using small countersunk screws but found an easier way to do it.
Thanks to users on the Corvette Forum who gave me this idea.
