Boiled chicken thighs, prawn and marinated steak also great. It’s an easy recipe, they’re so fun to make and you can adapt the filling to the seasons around you. Asparagus, sugar snap peas and nasturtium flowers all work so well. Just go big on the herbs, they’re the best bit, happy cooking!
