So Flame Skewer is a better version of Giant Hunt in this boss fight.
It is faster, deals higher damage with fire buff, has follow up, buffs weapon with messmer's flame.
Yes it has bit less poise damage but still poise break Radahn like crazy just like in the video.
But Giant hunt is still god tier to launch and stun lock small-mid type of enemies.

Weapon: Fire Knight's Greatsword+25, Flame art infusion w/ Flame Skewer
Talismans: Shard of Alexander, Ritual Sword, Fire Scorpion Charm, Talisman of All Crucibles
Physick: Boost fire damage and stamina recovery
Stats: FAI(80/99) , then DEX(20/55/80)and STR(20/55/80)
