Everyone can enter flow. However, discovering flow triggers can be difficult. Also, while being in flow feels great, the real goal is to be living in flow using it also at work, with your family, with your community. This is how we access Post traumatic growth. Can you believe that you can actually leverage a traumatic experience to get better?

To do that I believe you need to take responsibility and start doing the little things right, day after day. I've created the TR method that everyone can start for free today. Taking responsibility is key for growth and freedom. That's why, as the first step, we need to build the habit of taking responsibility, especially if we don't have liberty or awareness.

I here take responsibility to make sure that my story will be used to help children and parents and to protect their inalienabile rights encoded in the Declaration of Independence.

My first step is to tell the story of how I was able to take responsibility of my mistakes and to change behaviors that I was not proud of. To achieve that I've used lessons I've learned by studying human nature and artificial intelligence for more than 30 years.

Have you ever heard about Flow? If your answer is no, then you are in the right place. I've been studying flow for the last 2 years and using it in all places of my life to learn, get better, have so much meaning and fulfillment, helping developing AI at Microsoft Research, and most importantly fighting to see the values of the Declaration of Independence actualized in our everyday life especially when it comes to our children and next generations.

One of my goals is to help anyone make better and better decisions with their life. To make better decisions, it all starts from embracing who we are today, with our strengths and weaknesses. The first step is to become grateful for the life we already have. If human beings have been able to survive the horrors of concentration camps, we should be able to feel gratitude for not being in those conditions. But life is up and down and full of things outside of our control. So focus on finding goals and meaning that is in your control, no matter how difficult it may seem, the mission above can be accomplished with small little steps. This YouTube channel is one such step, and by reading these lines you are proof that my mission is underway! Make these lines count in your life, and join me in my journey of self improvement to slowly but surely improve our global society. Step by step.
