Nothing changed, just better rng/cleaner rota.
Tiger is used in bench to make sure the pet always crits and therefore makes the pet dps vary less with rng, though take Lynx in groups as players will get prioritzed with the fury tiger provides.
If you clean up the rotation a bit, get rid of wasted time canceling autos etc. you could approach 41k.
