How to install War Thunder Dev Server in 43 seconds

Default location for the dev server is C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\WarThunderDev

Additional info that are good to know but would have made video longer than necessary.
-Dev server is PC only because sony and microsoft smell.
-You don’t get any free GE (which sucks) but there is 5x rp and everything is 50% off so you can unlock stuff quick.
-Any GE, SL, crew points etc spent on the dev server do not affect live server. This means you can buy GE to spend on dev you want.
-If you get the error “The game hasn’t been activated for your account”, it means dev server isn’t open yet/has closed already
