Like Flurious’ Cave, Moltor’s Volcano shot a screen test to show how the set and costumes would look on camera when lit. Moltor hits various marks around the cave set before settling into his throne for his portion of the test, which then transitions to the Lava Lizards.

Though never explicitly stated on the show, early development docs called Moltor’s Volcano ‘The Inferno’ — “a hellish, volcanic cave buried deep inside Mauna Loa, Earth’s largest volcano.”
