The ingredients of today's video:
1000 g Whole Chicken, cut into 8 pcs.
Cooking Oil, enough to deep fry the chicken
MARINADE:
3 Cups Milk
3 Tbsp White Vinegar
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
FLOUR MIXTURE:
2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
2 Cups Corn Starch
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Turmeric
2 Tbsp Dry Mix Herbs
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Ginger Powder
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Salt
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
