In Modesto, CA officers have difficulty booking an incomprehensible man. In Portland, OR a man is arrested for causing a disturbance at a church. In Las Vegas, NV an intoxicated man in a tuxedo finds himself in a restraint chair after he mocks officers for wearing “pig suits”.

In Las Vegas, NV a testy man is sent to the isolation cell to "cool off." In Portland, OR a teary-eyed young man maintains his innocence. In Cincinnati, OH an inmate may have ingested contraband to avoid possession charges.

In FT Myers, FL an inmate is subdued after refusing to follow commands. In Las Vegas, NV a woman accused of a running out on a restaurant tab has her jewelry sawed off in jail. In Modesto, CA a man is brought in on criminal terrorist threats and discusses his long prison history.
