This PIKE Didn't Want to Swim Away!!! New Fishing Spot WRONG SPECIES

In this fishing video we set out to explore a new fishing spot that I found
This fishing spot used to be the branch of a river that got cut off after a flood becoming a big pond
It is full of structures and vegetation, with big flats and drop offs

The target species was Largemouth Bass and just saw few small ones in shallow water, so I moved to deeper areas
As soon as I started fishing the drops from shallow to deep water I got my first bite
Unluckily the wrong species, a very small Northern Pike that went for the chatterbait

Kept insisting looking for Bass with Texas Rigs and Chatterbaits, but not long after that wrong species again, another Northern Pike, a bit better than the first one and still on the chatterbait
Not much happened after that and while I was losing light I got one last bite
This definitely felt like a nice Largemouth Bass but wrong species once again, another pike

Didn't manage to catch a bass in the end but it was fun catching those 3 pikes anyways, especially in a new fishing spot!
