PROTEIN BAGELS 🥯
YOU’LL NEED:
2 cups + 2 tbsp almond flour
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of sea salt
1 egg (for egg wash)
Everything but the bagel seasoning (for topping)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix almond flour, baking powder, salt, and yogurt in a bowl.
Knead dough and shape into a disc. Cut into 6 equal triangles.
Roll each into a ball, flatten slightly, and poke a hole in the center to form a bagel.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle seasoning (optional).
Bake at 350°F for 15–20 min until golden.
Transfer to a cooling rack to fully cool before slicing.
