Turning an Epoxy Resin Burl File Handle

Описание: Old tools sometimes need some upgrading and usually, it's where the handle has been well worn from years of use. In this video, Andrew makes a new handle for his file out of a burl and epoxy resin that he tints. Casting the burl in a mold filled with ThickSet Epoxy, the handle is then put onto the lathe and turned. A little TotalBuff and TotalShine bring this piece to a beautiful shine and it's back to work for this file that has a showpiece of a new handle. Have you made new handles for old tools?
